Ordering was fairly easy. I felt like different people within Ares did not communicate well, so I had several different people contacting me without looking to see what someone else already took care of for me. So far my cheerleaders are very happy with what we received.

We don't work out of the easiest system to store customer info/notes and that can cause some confusion on our side when customer speaks to more than one associate over time. Typically, I’d give 5 stars but the sizes of my lifeguard jackets were off by at least one size. I get that the style of the jacket made them smaller than the actual size of the jacket I have purchased in the past (not even close) but I was disappointed in ARES’ response after voicing my concern. I may pursue other options next year.

Our rep Cynthia was fantastic from start to finish. She answered every question. Attended to every concern. And made us feel valued every step of the way. The products are excellent, the online fundraiser store had great options and was very easy to facilitate, and above all our kids love their gear!
