Since it's used clothes and all, I feel always skeptical before I buy. This is the second purchase experience and I'm very satisfied with my choices. Their both qualities are super. I'll never know they are used clothes unless it says so. Super happy and I'll enjoy wearing them! Thanks
The items need better more accurate sizing information. Especially with “final sale” items. Also most shopping platforms reward me for being a high spender, TRR doesn’t. I’ve spent maybe $15k over the past 12 months and have gotten no discounts or promotions and therefore incentives to continue shopping…you need a better CX team who actually knows what customers want. Do better

Everything is great but sometimes measurement indicated on an item is not accurate or close to actual it’s mind blowing when you note. A size S bust 29 nd waiste 29 definitely off on all levels
