Transaction was easy bag took about 8 days to be delivered. Box was in horrendous condition. For the $16 delivery charge there should be better levels of what is acceptable to send items in. I was concerned bag may be affected but luckily it was in a dust bag. The item was also final sale so I would have been out of luck for any damage. The bag quality was as expected and I am happy with that.

I ordered a size 40 in my shoes and unfortunately these are a size 6-7. The size is MISSING so it’s NO way for me to even know. The only way I was able to measure is my daughter is a 6.5 and she can fit them PERFECTLY. Smh,

The quality control at TRR has declined significantly. There is a pattern where I have received the wrong size shoes. Most recently I purchased a pair of Gucci sneakers that were listed is a Women’s size 10 but were actually EU size 37 or US size 6.5/7

One of the ties I got didn't have measurements on the website and was too wide. Also, it was supposed to be in new condition, but it arrived with its inner sewn tag torn off at one end. The other tie arrived with soiled stains in the main knot area. The person helping me with the returns handled them well.
