Guccis usually run half a size small and I would suggest getting even another half a size bigger for women with wider feet. I guessed correctly and my stepmother is going to look fantastic when we go on our family cruise this Christmas.
I lost my glasses which I paid around $400, I ordered another pair of them from the real real for fraction of the price, they like brand new, in better condition than my old ones, thank you

Just received my LV Damier Azur…
Changed my review from 1 star to 5. Please read:
Just received my LV Damier Azur Galleria bag rated as excellent condition with no signs of wear. Wrong! Outside canvas has scuff marks and a small black mark/stain. The upper inside lining is dirty with some stains and looks like water marks. The leather patina shows a lot of darkening around handle rings and piping. The odor smells like it came from a smoker which contradicts the review. I am sick over this non refundable purchase of over $1500. I hope my disappointment doesn’t increase when I receive the wallet that I also purchased. Their rating system is VERY misleading! I feel that I was ripped off.

The Lanvin dress I purchased was stained. The dress was altered: most significantly the side zipper had been removed and sewn back into place on the outside of the side opening of the dress. It looks like lining of the dress was removed and all fabric edges have been zig-zag stitched to keep them from fraying.
Theses alterations are no doubt the reason for the discounted price I paid for the dress. However, these alterations were not specifically itemized in the description of the item, or in the photos of the item on your website.
I will not be returning the dress as I have the sewing skills to make the necessary repairs. However, in future, a thorough description and photos of such alterations would be appreciated.

Paid $400 for a Louis Vuitton handbag that was in much worse shaped than described. The bag is peeling, which could not be seen from the photos, nor was it in the condition description. Just paid $00 for trash.
Thanks to The Real Real company for design pieces for a REALLY good price, but. If u are person not from USA, you might get confused why would you need to pay the fee. I was that person, and I get highly upset, because I bought shoes for 300$, and I hav to pay a 100€ on top to that price to the post service. As I’ve said before, the store is really good, there are a lot of good options and deals, but I wouldn’t buy anything here again because of the import fee. Like I have to pay 1/3 from my order just to get my piece 😭😭. So ty The Real Real, but I’m gonna js use the Grailed or any other service to buy some clothes.

Good Experience, disappointing damage representation
I like using TRR but a pair of shoes with “light scuffs at toes” are much more scuffed/damaged on one shoe than I feel like the picture communicates and the appearance is noticeable, because the shoes are dark brown and the damage to the toes shows a light material underneath. Shipping is also not necessarily very fast, but I do really like my items. Video and more closeups of the items would be appreciated.

Like the bag but 1. Very delayed in processing order, 2. Real real not proactive in communicating re the delay and 3. very slow to respond to my inquiry about the status of the order and 4. in fact didn’t formally reply until after it has shipped 5. Bag arrived weeks later in a crushed inner Chanel box which was a huge bummer this happened with another purchase with real real better care should be taken given what you’re paying and purchasing

I am extremely disappointed with how my order was handled, especially given that this is a high-value purchase worth several thousand dollars.
It was shipped via UPS and delivered in a way that left it completely exposed to loss or theft, much like a standard low-value Amazon package.
On top of that, the way the clothing was packaged raised serious concerns for me—it looked and felt like a counterfeit item, which has left me doubting its authenticity ever since. To make matters worse, the item came with a strong, musty warehouse smell
Package delivered in timely manner. Tote bag was as described. Tracking was good.
Package box arrived torn open. Tote bag was not damaged but it had obviously been tampered with. I would like to order jewelry but the delivery condition makes me very hesitant.
