I am updating my review because I finally located the agent who called me before my trip. The agent, Cleve, personally confirmed that he was the one who called me from that phone number. However, when I filed my complaint, ASAP Tickets responded that they could not find any record showing that I had been advised about my baggage allowance. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of their internal investigation. If your own agent later confirms that the call took place, how can your company claim that no record exists? I relied on the information provided by your agent regarding my baggage allowance, and that misinformation caused me unnecessary stress and additional expenses at the airport. What is even more disappointing is that instead of conducting a proper investigation, the company simply denied responsibility. I expected honesty, accountability, and professional customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I hope future customers think carefully before relying on the information provided by ASAP Tickets.I have documented this new evidence and will include it in my complaints to consumer protection
