I recently placed an order for three pairs of sunglasses. I received notification that two pairs of the same brand were sent by UPS. But soon after, the delivery was canceled. There was no explanation. I sent an email to customer service and there was no reply. In the meantime, those glasses are still available and at the same price. So what's going on?!?!

They were put in the wrong box so the postal delivery guy felt awful but I don’t like that yall don’t take phone calls that’s horrible customer service. I left a few messages and no one ever bothered calling me back so that’s the reason for the one star and the glass case was damaged so I had to throw it in the trash unfortunately. Do better!
