Product arrived on time. Very well made. This product replaced an older one that had less accuracy and features. This one is giving me readings that the older one did not in terms of very low voltage and resistance. Customer service response was also prompt and helpful!

Excellent after-sales service

Had an issue with a faulty product which I reported through their online form - within 30 minutes I had a response from their customer support team to get further information and within 90 minutes, following a few more interactions, the problem was identified and a solution provided. The replacement item was received the following day. Special shout out to Lucy in the support team, who was the representative I dealt with on this occasion. Also, the product is great - the fault was due to incorrect storage but otherwise works admirably.

I used this air pump on my riding lawnmower and on my two-wheel cart tires. It worked exactly as promised. I entered the maximum air pressure and it stopped when it reached that maximum pressure. I would recommend this product!

Wonderful Surprise

When I first saw the product I thought oh boy here we go. But wow was I surprised. What a great product it does everything manufacturer says and more. I filled my 4 Jeep tires from summertime sag 28-32 psi to 35 psi and to my surprise the battery on the unit never went below 100%. Easy to operate. A wonderful product.

I had an issue with an air chuck I bought from AstroAI via Amazon. I was out of Amazon’s return window so I contacted AstroAI directly by email and described the issue. The AstroAI customer service was very helpful and responsive. They shipped me a replacement the day after I contacted them. In this day and age, customer service this great deserves 5 Stars.

AstroAI great service and compressor

I bought an AstroAI portable air compressor for tires, bikes, ball...etc. Great compressor and I think everyone should carry one. It was easy to buy, has a great warranty that got another year if you registered the unit in a certain time frame. I noticed my unit appeared to be leaking at the hose I contacted AstroAI, sent them some photos and asked for a new hose and I would install it. Esther was super quick to reply and get a few details and said she would have a replacement unit sent to me, and not to have to do a repair. The customer service is quick, polite and helpful. I would say this even if the unit was not replaced. The solution was wonderful, the new unit arrived ahead of schedule and works perfectly.

Great Customer Service Ona nice product

The fridge unit had been working really well for 11 months and then went faulty unfortunately. Really impressed with Astro AI customer service who suggested some things to try and when they didn’t work just shipped a replacement unit under warranty without any hassle. Customer service response was always within 24 hours and the replacement received within a week of first reporting the problem.
