We ship equipment overseas pretty regularly and these guys make the carnet process painless every time. Called with a last minute request and they turned it around in a day. Hard to find that kind of service anymore.
Thank you.

It is hard to convey how unique and refreshing it is, in 2026, to call a corporate number and reach real, knowledgeable, US-based humans. This was my first ATA Carnet experience and the staff at Boomerang (or whatever, their name/branding is a bit inconsistent) walked me through the process patiently and expertly. They helped make a complex process simple, our documents came through quickly, and our trip went off without a hitch. And importantly, our clients were impressed. I can't recommend Kiel and the team enough to anyone who needs a Carnet (and an amazing customer service experience).
