The item arrived late and didn’t match the description. Super disappointed, it wasn’t worth the wait.

The service ultimately helped with the carnet, but the process was not as straightforward as I expected. Several instructions were difficult to interpret, and I had to ask for clarification more than once. Responses were not always quick, which added stress because the documents were connected to travel deadlines.

Can’t recommend them enough. I’ve had trouble while traveling with language barriers etc coming back from other countries and Boomerang has gone above and beyond to help me make things right and smooth over any issues w foreign border protection. Using a carnet is always a touch and go situation with many locations having only a rough understanding of what they’re supposed to do with them. Add that to my company just trying to make our connecting flight, and it can be chaos. Having boomerang to help clear any issues has been a lifeline. Henry went way out of his way to help me and get me back to the work I need to be focused on. I’ll stick w Boomerang for my carnet every year.

I had a last-minute change to my carnet and needed to process a brand new one in less than 24 hours. Kurt, Marge, and Beth were all instrumental in helping me make the correction and get a new carnet issued in time. This is exactly the kind of company you want to work with. I’ve been happy using their services in the past, but after this experience, I’m fully all-in on Boomerang Carnets.
