I am very disappointed with the Autel…
I am very disappointed with the Autel MS906 Pro. After 1 year and 8 months of normal use, I accidentally performed a factory reset. Following the reset, all diagnostic software was completely removed, and the device became unusable. I was then required to pay for new subscriptions just to restore basic functionality. A professional tool should not become useless after a simple factory reset. Being forced to pay again to use a device I already purchased is extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this product based on this experience.

Hello, regarding the issue you mentioned, I have already explained it on WhatsApp. Your device has been in use for 1 year and 8 months, and the warranty period we provide is 1 year. Your device is now out of warranty, and the upgrade service has also expired. In this situation, if you delete anything from the tablet and wish to retrieve it later, you would need to pay for a subscription. Re-downloading software or other files is only possible while the upgrade service is active. This is not aimed at you personally. Neither we nor Autel can provide subscriptions for free. That’s why, when introducing our products to customers, we usually remind them not to delete files easily after the subscription expires, as they cannot be restored afterward. This company is a disgrace. I bought a MK808z scanner from the autel uk outlet in December last year. It did the jobs required and I then wanted to recover some of my costs after selling my two cars. At 77 years of age I felt it was time to stop driving. I listed it on ebay. Autel then complained to ebay under thier VeRO programme that I was trying to sell a counterfeit scanner! and had ebay remove the listing. I have proof of purchase. Order number attached. Why are you blocking a legitimate sale Autel? Order Serial No.: UT251212109379 Order Date: Friday, Dec 12, 2025 Order Total Sum: £303.05 Update 28-1-26. Regarding the reply nelow. Consumers will take what they want from that reply. You deny having previous comminicate. In a previous review you autal.u.k where adamant that I had never bought from you and that I was trying to sell a counterfeit scanner. I removed that review to put up this review to add my ordere number references to prove I had purchased this scanner legally.. I will shortly be making a youtube video to highlight this issue of blocking legitimate customers from selling on their unwanted scanners.
