I had paid around £2700 for a product I mistakenly purchased. I reached out to their support, told them I had made a mistake, and they were very responsive and refunded my money. Then they added to my order what I actually wanted to buy, and on top of that, my order arrived in 2 days... very fast. I checked the product, and they offered me 2 years of updates for it. First class service. I couldn’t get the registration info from the original owner that I purchased my scanner from. Thankfully Stacy was able to help transfer the account to my account, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to update my scanner. Very friendly and easy process which was very swift. I did have some concerns whether the site may have been one of those 3rd party sellers, but within 24hrs of supplying my Autel account details (on the genuine ProAutel.com) site, issue resolved! I bought an autel ap200 obd reader back in 2022 and I had a mercedes, so I selected the mercedes lifetime software. I recently changed car to a BMW therefore the merc software was useless to me and my only option was to buy the bmw software for £20 a year. I got incontact with autel on WhatsApp and explained my issed and they swapped me onto a lifetime bmw software. Very helpful and great product for the price.

When you purchased the item, you should know that the price is not the only thing you should care about. low price sometimes will bring you unable tech support service. If you have any doubt, you should contact your seller. And even you want the subscription you should contact me in a proper ways not by wring a bad review here especially that you never contact with me at all. this is not a good way to solve the problem.
A really helpful company, I've bought a car diagnostic machine from them just over a year ago then later ordered a camera and just now I've renewed the software for it. Stacy forwarded me all of the information required and sent me some instructions on how to apply the license to reactivate the software updates on my device. A really simple process.
