Brought a maxiap ap200 for a vehicle I purchased. Transpired that vehicle had a fault and I didn't have it very long. Trouble was, I had already obtained the lifetime software for the one vehicle. Thankfully, after contacting autel, they were able to transfer the software over to my new car so not having to pay an extra 21.99 a year. Great service from them.

Bought a mp808s-ts 2 years update software but only said 1 year when registered so spoke to some one on the WhatsApp and they sorted it for me the mp808s-ts is working spot on so fair and autel been helpful so fair. So positive for me so fair only own for a week. But very helpful

Very Pleased & very easy to activate the code to give my MK808Z an extra year of updates on top of the already supplied free first year , bought now in case prices rise but hopefully remain competitive for the foreseeable future. Thanks to Stacy for the update service & keeping me informed , it does take a few days to sort but it’s straight forward using the guide to activate . Autel update packages aren’t cheap admittedly but I think it’s worth paying as it’s nice to have a car Doctor at my side for my diagnostic tests . Autel : The very best in Scan Tools ! 🤝😀

About 4 months ago i bought the MaxiPRO MP8О8BT Pro KIT, sadly it stopped working. In 4 months of ownership I used it about 10 times. For few weeks I am trying to get some help from AutelStore without any luck. They claim 24/7 email support, but in reality they take weeks to replay the complaints emails. On the WhatsApp contact number, I ask something one day, the reply will be next day(if I'm lucky). Therefore I cannot recommend this. Very poor customer support, close to none!

Was very sceptical using the autel uk web site as it was a lot cheaper than going through my tablet. But once I ordered the update card I got an email confirming it and two days later got the code for tablet via email put it onto tablet and worked straight away 2 hours later tablet all updated will definitely use again. Thanks.

Updated though the website and not on my Scanner MaxiCOM MK808S. I was a little worried since it was less expensive than what my scanner was saying on the screen. It worked fine though it took a few days to show up, due to the holiday season. However, I booted the scanner and it was set for another year no problem. Great communication and service. Saved a few bucks what's not to like? ~peaty
