I had to prove for a very long time that the advice I received did not solve the problem. If I had not taken the tablet to a service center, there would have been no solution...the success was due to the fact that Banggood finally had great difficulty paying the repair costs.

Dodgy customer support for years now.

This hasn't changed in over 10 years now and i'm sick of it. Customer support always delays and looks for excuses to keep you waiting for days, weeks. Sending them proofs, photos is never enough, act as if they don't know what's going on, we should all have be video creators to present the issue. Takes weeks to resolve a case (previous DOA case worth 150€, took 5-6weeks to resolve) spending more time and energy, than it's actually worth. They're probably hoping u'd just give up. And if you don't insist enough and just give in, you'll always end up getting an offer of a partial refund for a broken item (on arrival). *edit, Reply: it's obvious you didn't read a word I said. I'll try to shop elsewhere as much as possible.

The ordered products and the price is ok. Customer service though is bad. I wanted to cancel an order right after it was placed before it was processed and they waited 9 days for it to arrive so they could write me they can't cancel an order that was already delivered. No effing sh**

My experience with Banggooud.

I liked the accurate description of the product, and the worst experience was the slow delivery of the product. While writing this review, I still haven't received my package.

R/C model aircraft 10x 5 inch props (cw and ccw)

These 10x 5 inch props (electric - cw and ccw) are well moulded and of nice scale appearance for B17 etc. They appear to be moulded from commercial ABS rather than the usual high grade glass filled nylon or similar and hence life likely to be short.

Ordering from Banggood is a risk you may not want to take

The best way to rate a company is how they respond when things go wrong. Banggood do not respond very well. Their main policy appears to be "here is your money back, goodbye" . Considering my package was supposed to come from the EU warehouse to an EU delivery address I would have thought they could resend it with priority shipping to put right their mistake. Now I see that ordering anything from Banggood is a risk.

This is adifferent set up for a Stirling engine, no hard and shared drive shaft just a shared air transfer tube. You need to be so careful of heat and keep rotating cold shaft flywheel. I say this as I have had hot piston freeze in tube. Once cooled, yes it did work ifcareful

Very good came quicker than 7 days came at 5 days everything is in the deal as they said bar the distance is abit lower but nothing to notice very good!
