Im verry happy with my order. It whas deliverd even way faster then i thought.And thats great ! But what i missed. is a decent remote.( not that small pice of crap)The seller is advertizeing with a 16 chamal remote with the crane. Thats not what i received. I received a tiny remote. That shuts off from a distance between 5 / 10 meter A real remote has a range from around 1 km or more.And Where you advertize with .You supose to deliver to your clients to! P)lease do somthing about that.? And btw Does games on your app .I dont like to. They are useless. and only cost points. So i dont play sutch games anny more. after 1 try . well keep doing the good work there . And Dont forget to tell the seller what i think of that crane ( Its awesome btw. Drillpro 20Pcs Woodworking Polishing Head Set 1/8 Inch Shank Router Bit and 1/4 Inch Router Burrs.
Two different ratings. The Polishing Head Set is excellent and works perfectly. Router burrs were delivered rusty - poor finish.
The web site is appealing and the customer service is corteous but finishing the communication is a bit rough / rude. While your are rating the service, the chat times out.
The conditions to use coupons / allowances are a bit obscure or the translations aren´t accurate and you end up wasting coupons and buying things without any discount.
And the prices are not any bargain without discount coupons or special offers.
The "OCS ANA group" transportation service which they used to send me my package is the very worst of the universe. My 12v power source was beaten, smashed, bumped as if it were throwed into the floor and then stepping on it.
I´ll surely give them a second chance anyway...

I am a long-time customer of Banggood with mostly good experiences. This last item may be an exception…
I wanted to publish a review on my findings but the system has sent an error message in spite of my several attempt. I also wanted to upload photos to demonstrate my critics, but this did not work at all.
When trying to answer to questions addressed to me, the system (?) does not allow using signs like ¾” because neither the “/” nor the “ mark seems to be banned…
This was my desired review:
The clamps did arrive in due time (within a week). Packaging was poor, with no label, no instructions at all, paper boxes covered with different coloured (??) adhesive tapes.
I did not have the opportunity to make a trial run with them, but the material looks unfinished, the painted metal surface is rough. Not a professional finish, for sure. This may not affect their usability but my first reaction was that this was was not worth of its price…
The unite is fine but the remote is defective I have been in touch with the manufacturer to fix the problem the told me to return it to you all I need is a replacement remote
Have purchased item from them delivery OK. But if something doesn’t work on arrival you are on you own. All promises and no action. Buy elsewhere if possible.
I ordered two items. One is working OK but the second one, while works concerning light, it does not charge. Seems to have a problem with the connector or the pcb . It is the second item out of five that has quality problems.
Mixed experiences. I am a long time customer on Banggood, and as of recent, orders have been delayed without the ability to reach banggood for any quicker answers.
For example, my latest order was supposed to arrive on 2022-09-14, and is yet to even ship from the Czechia Warehouse. Banggood has been very unclear on where the order is and when the order ships.
On other orders, shipping has been mostly speedy, with a 2-4 day delivery time in the EU, and 1-2 weeks from China.
Update: It's now 2022-10-05 and the order is still not shipped. The site says "In Stock", and through email correspondence BangGood says that the item is on backorder. As the site lies, I have updated my review.
Good experience în general. I have only 2 problem. My package was sent 200 km from my adress, hard and expensive to retreive, and second, my product (New and good quality) was faulty. That's why i give only 3 stars.

The pulse oximeter arrived and works locally. Getting the Bluetooth to work is problematic.
I finally was able to access the needed app using Google Chrome. Thunderbird went nowhere, i.e., it hung.
When I attempted to download the app, I got a big red warning that the download was coming from an untrusted source and to not download it.
I took this advice, so the Bluetooth connected app can't be used.
I don't find another app that is trusted so I can use the Bluetooth features.
Does anybody else have this problem? Did you find a solution?

A couple of years back I was looking for a trusted supplier for my business. In 2017 or so, I tried Banggood. I was happy with the price and the shipping time, even the condition of the goods.
Fast forward a few years and the shipping rates are ridiculously unaffordable. On the only occasion they got back to me on this, they said the were looking for alternative shipping agents and since then, silence.
It's a shame really.

The prices are really good most of the time, BUT if anything goes wrong you are in trouble. I received some LiPo batteries that where so low on voltage that my charging device refused to load them. The customer service told me to load them anyway, that is really, really dangerous. After weeks and a lot of contacts they finally replaced the batteries. I would not buy anything really expensive, but I buy a lot of smaller things, like microcontrollers, all sorts of electronic equipment and such. If you know the risk you can make a real bargain.
