Received defective product, waiting for support!

I ordered a RC MN111 Defender on January 10th. Received it on December 28th. Notified Banggood that one of the shock mount was broken and the RC not runnable. Submitted ticket and still have not received solution as of today, January 9th. I'm left to fix this myself. Would be happy if they compensated me with partial refund but got no response. edit: Seller is sending a replacement part. I will upgrade my rating when the part arrives!

After ordering, I felt well supported with information about the order's progress. Unfortunately, after receiving it, I discovered that the item was inadequately packaged, despite an additional transport insurance fee. As a result, the packaging was also damaged and there were parts inside the packaging Luckily the item remained undamaged.

Low Quality product, stubborn bureaucratic support

First the carton was damaged as it was only delivered in a poor plastic bag by Banggood.com. What a joke! Second, the product had a malfunction. The "support" insisted on a video proof of a function that was not there - 2nd joke. Ridiculous. Blocking style of support. I have no time for these nonsense games of Banggood. Stubborn in communication and policy. Poor quality. If you are used to the excellence of AMAZON, forget Banggood, don't order here unless you are desperate for a product. You will regret it.

Mostly good experience, but when its bad it is not fun to deal with , ordered a thing 3 months ago,. Got it last week, after numerous messages and querys,. Only thing i heard was not to worry, and it is taken care of,. Or escalated to another department that will contact me within 48 hrs. And only thing i heard was again not to worry.. i don't know exactly how many times i asked but many,. And 3 months without any as to what is going on other than wait and no worries, it is BAD ..

Almost good for the plice. But,containning worker don't know the capillary tube's frajility. It bended severely by two points, radius less than 2.0mm !! For the present, it works fortunately.

Machine with broken battery

Machine was delivered well and quickly. Only there is a broken battery in the box. The clip that attaches the battery is broken so I cannot use it. I would like to get a new battery for this, but unfortunately I have not yet received a response from the seller.

Comes with only no working Playstore. Google doesn't recognize Chinese machines. Doesn't have games. Unless the update the issue, it's good for nothing.. we wanna play Android games not watch YouTube !

They refuse to give a partial refund!

I received a damaged item and they refuse to refund me, they only offer me some BG Points, that are almost useless. I'm very disappointed with them! After contacting them, the only solution they offer is to give me some BG Points, that are almost useless! In summary, I ordered a product, I received it damaged, and they refuse to refund me, at least partially. Until they don't refund me, I do not recommend this seller!!

Ordered from this place twice

Ordered from this place twice. First time got exactly what I ordered, in a good condition. Now still waiting to receive 2nd package (just ordered 3 days ago so it's ok). What reduces this score is that I got a scam phone call today with robot voice saying that my investment account was locked or some BS. I've not given my private information to anyone and all the sudden this call gets made just as I create account in this website. I think there's a severe security risk sending there your private information. They should double check none of their workers has easy access to make scam calls. Of course it could be mail delivery from China in general but don't think postal workers got time to pick some random numbers. Price is still good and will likely keep buying from here but just saying there's some risk your account data is being used for data harvesting.

I ordered a dial indicator with magnetic stand, dial indicator arrived but no magnetic stand! Tried to get in touch with Bangood but it’s very truncated and in the end I was informed their customer support was down, tried several times but to no avail. My first & last order with them. I’ve been using Temu and I can’t fault them, ordered dozens of items from Temu, not one problem! Just thought I’d try Bangood for a change, but sadly it was a mistake. Ho hum! After ordering the item, i was informed that it is out of stock and that is going to be shipped after about a month.

I accidently ordered two motors

I accidently ordered two motors, when I realised, I cancelled one (inside half an hour) I was told that they had already been shipped ( I don't believe it) They come with a control board, after 3 weeks of trying to get a circuit I finaly received one, by wich time I had damaged one board! The motor I have working is excellent. But until I can buy a new Board the other Motor is USELESS I keep asking to buy a new Board to no avail!!!

Not without problems

Ordering, when there are types or options, is confusing. Easy to select and order something that you didn’t intend to. To add to that, the photos that are used are often misleading. The after sales return / repair is incredibly frustrating to use. If the correct thing arrives undamaged, happy days. If not, you will be a lot less happy trying to resolve the issue.
