The Eachine Fw 190 is a great beginners aircraft. The plane came with 3 battery's and they last about 15 mins each. It arrived very quickly and was a great price.

Any reason to complain? Certainly not !!

I suppose things can go occasionally wrong in a purchase from the other side of the world, but that occasion has never materialised for me. I've had a couple of experiences where I felt the need to query BGG, but these were solved to my satisfaction and quickly, which only makes me more confident. Smoooooth processing, great products with bewildering variety and nice pricing, and effective post-sale service! Carry on, Banggood, you're doing fine!!

Order delayed and not dispatched – Poor support response

Edit: They canceled my order. Please be aware: They LIE on the European Stocks. I dont advise anyone to use this store I placed an order for a high-value item (KuKirin G2 Ultra Electric Scooter, ~600€) on September 21st, with an expected delivery date of September 26th. As of today, the status is still stuck on "Aguardando coleta logística" (Waiting for logistics collection) and the item has not been handed over to the carrier. Live chat support has been unable to provide any concrete updates, repeatedly stating that it is under review by the warehouse team. I am requesting immediate escalation to warehouse management to either dispatch the item with a valid tracking number within 24 hours

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I ordered the 20PSI SUP Air Pump 12000mAh, clearly advertised as a wireless/rechargeable model with a built-in 12,000mAh battery and USB charging cable. I received the wired version without the battery. I contacted Banggood and provided screenshots proving what was advertised, but customer service refused to acknowledge the issue and insisted that the wired version was correct. The product page has since been changed and now shows different options. Wrong product received and no satisfactory support from Banggood. I cannot recommend this site.

Misleading product presentation and an unnecessarily difficult return process I purchased a P65 from Banggood that is explicitly advertised as a “3D Hologram Fan / Holographic Player.” The promotional images clearly create the impression that three-dimensional objects are floating above the device in open space. The reality is very different. The device is a rotating POV LED display producing a flat image. Remarkably, the packaging itself even states: “Planar rotation, not levitating.” My complaint was therefore never that the device was defective. From the beginning, my complaint was that the actual product does not match the way it is advertised and presented. Nevertheless, Banggood initially treated my complaint as a warranty or technical issue. I was asked to perform tests, try sample files and provide video evidence. I was later even advised to use content with a black background to achieve a better “3D effect.” A black background may improve contrast, but it does not turn a planar rotating LED display into the kind of spatial hologram shown in the advertising. Providing evidence is also made unnecessarily difficult. You cannot simply upload a normal video to the ticket. Banggood directs customers to YouTube, WeTransfer or email, while images and GIF files uploaded through the ticket system are limited to 5 MB. The amount of text you can enter in ticket replies is also heavily restricted, making it difficult to properly explain a more complicated complaint. The communication itself is equally frustrating. My existing complaint was difficult to find again in my account, while I simultaneously received emails telling me that I had not yet responded. The most contradictory part is Banggood’s own return policy. For “No Reason Returns,” their conditions state that the packaging must not be opened and the product must not have been used. Yet Banggood itself asked me to unpack, install, operate and test the product and then record a video of it. Obviously, it is impossible to demonstrate what a so-called “3D Hologram Fan” actually displays without opening and operating it. After I supplied the requested evidence, Banggood finally accepted the return. However, they then reclassified my complaint as “the product not meeting your expectations rather than a confirmed product quality issue.” That is not what I reported. My complaint is that the advertised presentation and claimed characteristics do not correspond with the product I actually received. Banggood then stated that I must pay the return shipping costs and any other costs incurred during the return process, and that only the product price itself would be refunded. I have retained screenshots of the product page and advertising, photographs of the packaging, my own video, the complete ticket correspondence and the emails. This review therefore reflects a fully documented experience. In my experience, Banggood turned a straightforward complaint about a product not matching its advertising into a prolonged technical troubleshooting process, while repeatedly avoiding the actual issue. After this experience, I would not order from Banggood again.
