Cheap Product

The product that arrived was cheap; remote battery was dead on arrival, getting into the remote battery compartment was extremely difficult (design flaw) to the point I ended up damaging the back cover... leaving sharp edges. Product did not deliver and left feeling disappointed. For the price point, and past experiences with this company, I expected better.

Not nearly as inclusive as I'd hoped

I was really excited about this toy but it just didn't work for my anatomy. The wide, flat design of the thumping end is not well suited for larger labia and the buttons are very awkwardly positioned so they wind up covered by the labia if you manage to get the wide side of the toy in place. It is not ergonomically designed, like many suction toys unfortunately, so if you're plus sized, have shorter arms, or mobility challenges (I'm all 3), this toy is not sufficiently inclusive. The vibrating end is slightly better but it got uncomfortably warm after only about 5 minutes of use.

Delivery good, UX bad

Delivery was on time as promised. Packaging is great and design is amazing visually. Customer experience 10/10. User experience of the toys, not that great. Maybe the first mode is not too loud, but second and higher are very noticeable, and to turn the device off I first need to go through all the speeds until the highest one, and only then I can turn it off.

Air vibe pro and thrust products

The air vibe pro and thrust products work as advertised 😹 I haven't tried yet but they probably work best with lubricant as the packaging says. I haven't used the thrust yet because I didn't have any on me. Just be aware that the stimulation might be too much depending on what you need. I don't know if suction works best for me, so I might try the flick product later. Also they shipped discreetly as "Containers Plus" like the website says. (My parents wouldn't know a thing) TL;DR they work well!

The rose is really just a vibrator. Hardly different than my regular vibrator

My very first toy and been curious so I bought it. I will say it a little loud (but on the quiet side) on the highest setting. It brung me pleasure with minutes. Would recommend to first timers. 🩷

Honest review

Honest review, ive had many types of toys and its a good way to get started with toys but as an experience toy user it was extremely underwhelming and not worth the money. Its too small, All the settings feel the same, its hard to turn on and off after inserting, the remote doesn't work well unless it's right next to it. I hope this helps people when selecting what they want.

Great Customer Service

While I have had issues receiving my first order, which was a shipping problem, and I've had to replace my item as part of it stopped working, Bellesa's customer service is top-notch. They dealt with the shipping problem and the company directly, and resent my items promptly and even accommodated my travel schedule so it could arrive when I was home. They also quickly and efficiently helped me when my device recently stopped fully functioning. They are helpful, prompt, and their customer service alone would keep me coming back, but their products are also pretty freaking amazing.
