Ordered start of june
Ordered start of june, got dispatched then suddenly got lost , I emailed got told I had to change my shipping address and re order wouldn't give me a refund only store credit but I didn't wana re order cause I didn't have another adress and I didn't know if it would arrive , I then messaged the influences that promoted this company (they are great and I love them) and must of got in contact and then i received and email saying they would re dispatche to the same address and today I have just received on about the 21st of July, I happy with the product but I absolutely gutted with the communication:( I got send a free lube for the situation but if im being honest I didn't didn't need lube lol I just feel like it could've gone alot smoother but I am thankful for the influences that helped me get the package!! They were for gifts but have arrived a month to late 🙃

My order was delivered to the wrong…
My order was delivered to the wrong address. While I understand this is the delivery companies’ issue, my issue with BBoutique comes from the fact that when I tried to contact you guys about this, you ignored me. I tried handling the issue with the trucking company used for delivery, but they told me I had to go through the original manufacturer (you guys). I sent several emails because you guys don’t have a customer service number consumers can use, which is RIDICULOUS by the way. This was my first time purchasing from BBoutique and I was so excited! However after not getting my order AND receiving no help or communication from you guys, I will never order from here again and I am telling everyone I know not to. I am also disputing the charge with my bank because once again, I NEVER GOT MY ORDER. And you guys don’t seem to care.

I was honestly surprised that the toys this company sells were actually really good. I got the Whisper Bullet cause I needed something quiet and it actually was??? I definitely recommend them to any other beginners.
I sent an email to Customer Service because I was dissatisfied with the product and I never heard back from them. That is unacceptable especially in this day where there are so many choices online to shop, giving excellent customer service.

The Grind is nice but too loud. Won't be able to play with it as often as I'd like to.
The Diskreet Thrust is also nice but also too loud. I also wish it was a bit thicker and longer. It's amazing paired with clit stimulation. (looking at you demi wand) It also comes with a case which is genius.
The Demi Want is great. First wand and I'm in love. It's small but mighty and any toy that comes with its own case is simply genius. It looks like a sunglasses case.
Overall, happy. Points lost for noise. Can't be buzzing with the roommates around.

It works great, however it stopped working after 2 months.
It works great! However it is less than 6 months old and already stopped working, it will say that its fully charged but will not turn on. This is my second one and the old one did the same thing but it was older so I assumed it just got old. Other than that, I love it!

They requested some photos of the reported issue and sent a replacement right away once the issue was confirmed.
