The item I bought was an evening dress - on arrival, it is more like a fancy dress costume. It's NOT sequins, just sparingly glued glitter on a very cheap material (which is now all over my floor). There are no hems - the material has just been cut to size. Scratchy and unflattering, it is clearly a knock off of the lovely photo they have on their site. Wasn't cheap either! Please also note the irony of the returns policy to China: Wait until you receive goods and return, but only if it hasn't been shipped.... Return Policy We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package, and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package. I only bought clothes on this site, and they corresponded to the photo. Personally, I find that the price is a little above the quality, but we buy a visual or a style rather than the quality. In my opinion, these are reproductions from photos that can be found on other sites. And to be sure that it is the right size, you have to check the measurements and if the material is elastic. This is my third order and I think I would probably do more. Even if I already had some problems with the delivery, I didn't take the risk of spending a lot for an item. I haven't had any problems with customer service.

Iwould have preferred to give zero stars if possible. DON'T buy from this supplier. I bought a (not cheap plus £10 postage) shirt size L based on their size chart with 43" bust; it arrived hugely too big (48" bust - useless). It was also poor quality. I sent them photos of tape measure proving it was the wrong size. Despite numerous e-mails, they refused to replace it, simply suggesting I accept a 10% discount. Incompetent and dishonourable. Don't waste your money !!

if i could award negative stars i would - i am near £1000 out of pocket. Ordered 3 identical lights across 2 separate orders. The 2nd order charged £65 more per light as well! The lights have since been reduced back to their original price. Scandalous. All lights are different with bits missing & packaging was so poor that many of the lamps were damaged - poor show. BH now being slow in resolving the problem - STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Order some amazing lights for my kitchen got 1 fitted lasting 1 week emailed them to exchange and they asked me to repair myself so bought one more and this as lasted 3 weeks before LED driver packs in what a waste of time and money

We ordered three sets of Tiffany lights for our newly fitted kitchen. I was clear when ordering that we would only be keeping one set, but as we couldn't make our mind up and they all looked suitable we thought we would order all three see what they looked like, and make a decision then. The lights arrived in early June and immediately we knew which we wanted to keep so without even breaking the seal on two of the boxes we sent them back to the Birmingham address, first class recorded delivery. It is now 2nd September and we have still not received a refund for the sets which were returned. The order totalled £360, and we are now around £140 out of pocket. From our perspective, a great product let down by very poor support, well, no support actually. The sad thing is that the lights we kept look very nice, but we are loathe to recommend anyone to use this company to purchase their own as they might end up out of pocket, just like we have! UPDATE 07/09/22 I am delighted to say that this morning we have received a refund from Beautiful Halo for the items we returned. I guess somewhere along the way there was a breakdown in communication, but it is all is sorted now and we are grateful for a very satisfactory outcome. Still loving the lights which set off the newly kitted kitchen very nicely! Stu

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. One star is one too many. They dont expect returns. If you want to send something back they offer you 5% of your money back which is completely illegal. I am in the process of complaining to trading standards.
