Super intuitive platform, even for non technical folk
I love beehiiv. I used it to create an onboarding email series for founders looking to launch a community round on Wefunder. Even though I'm not a technical person, it was super intuitive, easy to set up, and great value for money. Would highly recommend.

I’m a Beehiiv Registered Expert and I recommend Beehiiv to clients because it solves the real problems that stop newsletters from growing: friction in publishing, messy audience management, and scattered tools.
Beehiiv keeps everything under one roof: writing and sending, landing pages and signup forms, subscriber organization, automation, and monetization. The editor is clean, the workflow is reliable, and the platform is built around growth instead of just “sending emails.”
What I see consistently is that clients publish more consistently because Beehiiv is simple to operate, and they get better at building an audience because the growth features are native to the platform.

I moved from another platform and my only regret is not doing it sooner. beehiiv’s onboarding—both one in the app and the weekly webinars they host—have made the transition so easy. Great tools, intuitive builder and they don’t take a cut of my earnings. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Buzz buzz!

I love beehiiv for content. I've tried other platforms –– beehiiv is the only one where the community is active and they actually listen to customer feedback (!!).
In my opinion, most important attribute of a subscription based company is listening to customers and making active efforts to retain existing customers. Thanks to the support team and Conor for making this happen :) very quick, competent, and friendly support

Great customer service, secure and scalable platform, strong tools that are easy to use, and an overall positive user experience. The best newsletter software for creators, the team is always super fast with support tickets and the opportunities through the AdNetwork are very valuable if you are just starting out your newsletter and trying to monetise. Couldn't recommend more.

Account deactivated without reason, impossible to cancel, predatory charges
I subscribed to beehiiv's Scale plan at $169/month. Without any warning, explanation, or prior notice, my account was deactivated — yet beehiiv continued charging me $169 every month regardless.
When I tried to cancel the subscription, I discovered there is no cancellation button anywhere in the account settings. The option simply does not exist. I am being charged for a service I cannot access and cannot cancel.
Their support was completely unhelpful and provided no resolution. This is a deliberate dark pattern — they deactivate your account while keeping the billing running, and make cancellation impossible by design.
As an EU customer, this violates:
EU Directive 2011/83/EU — the right to cancel digital subscriptions
EU Directive 2005/29/EC — hiding a cancel button is an illegal unfair commercial practice
Basic consumer rights — charging for a deactivated, inaccessible account is fraud
I have been forced to file a PayPal dispute, report them to Stripe as a fraudulent merchant, and escalate to EU consumer protection authorities just to stop being charged.
This is not a platform — it is a billing trap. They take your money, deactivate your account, and make it impossible to leave. Zero stars if I could.

beehiiv is the best newsletter platform on the market. I constantly recommend it to others because they listen to their users and are really tapped into their needs right now. Though it's new compared to platforms like Kit or Substack, its evolution and new features continue to impress me. If you're looking to build a media business, beehiiv should be your first and only choice.

Just a first class outfit. They've made everything easier. We're a dev shop and fully versed on AI builds and there is just no way to grow your own and match the product they have created. From deliverability to a built in ad network and and api that allows for customizations galore, it's exactly what we were looking for.
Side Note: I did the dumbest thing ever and deleted our entire workspace while attempting to remove a single newsletter from our account. I hit up Jake on slack and he had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes.. most of that 30 minutes was me panicking trying to figure out who to contact.

Do not waste your time and money. I am glad I did not sign up for the paid version. They just decided to lock down my account, with zero help from the customer support to reopen it.
It looks like a scam.
