We are using Beehiiv for emails only - It is easy to use - the main problem was uploading our initial email list - It was from an excel spreadsheet - we could only upload few a time so it was a very long process and quite frustrating - the other issue is that often our bulk emails go into recipients spam .... other than that Beehiiv suits our needs at the present time
I've been a Beehiiv user since early 2025, when I made the leap from Kit. I was looking for a solution that would allow me to have a newsletter + "blog" + website all in one ... and avoid the hassle of posting on WP. It's been awesome to see how far the product has come, even in the couple years I've been a part of their journey. Now I can even sell products and/or offer freebies through Beehiiv, eliminating even MORE third party tools. I haven't dipped my toe into Communities (yet), but I definitely see that in my business's future. Keep up the great work, Tyler and team!

Great experience in terms of usability / ease of setting up my newsletter. Still on the free plan for now, but i highly recommend people who are just starting their journey to create their beehiiv account 💪🔥

An hour after I paid $44 per month for Scale, I went back to the Beehiiv home page where Scale is $34. Waiting three hours for it to go down to $4, then I'll cancel my account and start over.

I really needed to see someone walk through the basics. I started my publication a few months ago and just went for it. The platform is really easy to use, but I knew there were things that I missed or didn't understand how to use. Today's session helped clarify a lot of it.

Best platform, best team. I’ve used a few different newsletters under organizations I’ve worked for but really wanted 1) an intuitive UX that’s 2) catered to various use cases and ideally 3) suitable for creators/independents and Beehiiv has absolutely exceeded my expectations. I run two newsletters, one for grassroots community function, and the second soon to be for monetizing an owned audience, and I can’t see myself using any other platform. The real turning point was hitting a bug and being able to reach both Tony and Tyler. Being in a handful of early stage-SMB media/tech teams, I can wholeheartedly say the quick communications make the world of a difference.

I had a very disappointing experience with Beehiiv. I signed up, completed my payment, and shortly afterward my account was blocked without any explanation. I never received a clear reason for the suspension or any information about what policy I had supposedly violated. It's frustrating to pay for a service and then lose access without transparency or timely communication. If there was an issue with my account, I would have appreciated a clear explanation and an opportunity to resolve it. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious. A platform that processes payments should also provide clear communication and fair account review procedures when taking actions as serious as blocking a customer's account.
