Very Pretty Compact Vanity

Vanity was packaged extremely well and arrived without damage. It appears to be nice quality. Very pleased.

The sconces I ordered are beautiful

The sconces I ordered are beautiful. I called to find out about returns and the sales assistant was very helpful. My package arrived in a timely manner. I did not receive a shipment notification. And I had no idea when the sconces would arrive

Great experience

Great experience. Repeat customer.

Fast delivery but customer service lacking

I purchased a lamp and it was great. Fast delivery. However it was missing important parts to hang it. I used their text message cust service. That didn’t get me anywhere. Then I called about the missing PCs. The gal told me to answer her email she would send me with photos of missing PCs. She would get it to manufacturer and I’d get them in a week or so. I never got acknowledgment from the gal that she received my response nor did I receive the parts.

Requesting feedback; however I have not received order

I love these counter stools

I love these counter stools. They are a great navy color. They are very sturdy. They were easy to put together. I assembled four of them in about an hour. I definitely recommend them.

Great selection

There is a huge selection of products at all price points. By sheer luck, I scored an open box of a lamp I had just broken! The open box item was packed superbly and quick delivery. Thanks so much. I will be purchasing again in the future.

Excellent service and easy ordering.

My sales Rep Melinda was outstanding

My sales Rep Melinda was outstanding. I made an error with my order and she was able to help me correct it. Was so grateful. Good job.

Love the product but not the price.

Delivery was very quick but I was disappointed I didn’t get the price I expected to get. I was recommended by an associate of Bellacor to photo shot my order so they would honor that sale price when I decided to place my order. When I tried to place my order the price had changed so I call Bellacor. They said that my sale price was no longer available and all they could do is give me a 10% discount and nothing more. I had no choice but to pay the higher price. Not happy, but needed the stools ASAP.

The fan we purchased looks great

The fan we purchased looks great, functions great, and was a great price. Bellacor customer service was incredibly helpful in guiding me with purchasing again as I couldn’t find the same fan on the site on my own. I plan to purchase it two more times as well.

Fast delivery of my side table

Fast delivery of my side table! It arrived earlier than expected and without any damage. Great addition to my office!

Light came packed very well

Light came packed very well. It is heavy and has a glass bowl, so good packing was a must. My husband and I installed it ourselves. Had to take it down due to not quite understanding a certain part of instructions. But, uts up and looks very nice in our entryway. Now, I have to find a complimentary fixture for my living room.
