The swag is a bit stiff and not so realistic and looks plastic. The price in sale was great!
I spent a lot of money on a tree expected to be “realistic” looking and what I received was an unrealistic tree with many sparse areas where you could see the metal bar trunk. So fake- like. It was pictured as a full tree in the advertisement. False advertising . Don’t buy your tree on line. Go to your local Menards and actually see what you’re buying before plopping down hundreds of dollars for a tree. Never again.

Ordering was easy, with options that we appreciated. We were kept updated on the status of our order and it arrived very quickly, in great condition. We obviously haven’t put the tree up, since it’s only August, but we look forward to a beautiful new tree this season!
The box was open when delivered. I have not yet checked for damages.

Boxes are beat up —- torn/ripped/penetrated/holes. And the FedEx driver left them at in the middle of my driveway because they did want to haul them to either the backdoor or front porch. So far a terrible experience.

Purchased a Pre-Lit Vermont White Spruce Tree which came in 4 sections. For the price I paid, I was very disappointed in the quality of this tree. This tree required way too much preparation. I had to physically bend every branch upward for 3 of the 4 sections (top section is not hinged and didn't need modification). To start, the botton section branches drooped to 1 inch from my floor and the 2 other sections drooped severely downward as well. Fluffing this tree requires 2 people - a person to hold up branches while the other person fluffs the ones below them. This was very frustrating. There are loose wires everywhere - a very poor design or just sloppy quality control. There is not a way to test the lights per section - all sections must be connected before the lights come on. So fluffing each section as you assemble it has to be done without lights. After several hours of "fixing" this tree, we managed to make a cigar out of a goose turd and as a result I can not recommend purchasing this tree.

Was not disclosed the tree was battery operated; box says it is 3 foot plug included, but there is no plug included nor is there a place to put a plug on the tree we received. The battery compartment is in the base of the tree. The tree will need to be lifted up to change batteries. The battery compartment is not properly secured and will require us to glue it.
Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt, I have not opened it yet though
