Even tho you do not make bags for the tabletop trees (Bah Humbug) the CSR made sure there was not was an alternative ( again Bah Humbug) and apologized. Think about it.. I saw numerous comment of people who were looking for just that. You make a quality product. This BTW is my second tree and I do love them. Be well.

The tree came early. I always wanted a Balsam Hill tree! I didn’t see the instructions til I had already put it together. But looks like I did it right. I like that you provided gloves (I poked my arm and tore it open in my hurry to get it set up. Pretty tree & realistic looking.
It arrived two days after ordering
It arrived two days after ordering. It was perfectly packed in box. But there were several lights ( small branch) that did not come on and no noticeable problem. We had to change out every bulb on that branch before they all turned on. It is a beautifully shaped tree—love it.

The website filters helped us quickly find a tree that fit our room and had the look we wanted. We set the tree up to make sure everything worked (since it was in July) and it looks great. From order to delivery was only 3 days!
