This is my first Balsam Hill full sized tree. I have a smaller down swept tree for my porch, which I love. This tree is amazing, the quality is just amazing. I have had many different types of trees but never once until this one have I owned such a sturdy tree and so life like. The quality cannot be beaten. I am completely thrilled with this purchase and I appreciate the extra parts, just in case, the gloves, detailed instructions and bags for the tree and the stand and extras. I do recommend this tree.

Personable and knowledgeable.

Beautifully made snow globe! Love it.

Beautifully made snow globe. It is a little bit heavy but that’s okay and I wish the train would move when you wound up the music box.

This is our second tree

This is our second tree. We haven’t really done a lot with it. We just took it out of the box and set it up. We haven’t fluffed the limbs or anything else. We just made sure the lights are working, but so far we’re happy. Our first tree was a flip tree. This was a lot easier to put together.

Great website

Great website! It allowed us to see all our options for different types of trees & lighting. Chat helped with deciding on if we needed a rollings cart or just the carry storage bag. We opted for the rolling cart. Delivery was unbelievably fast - 2 days. We set-up the tree as a test run. Worked well & looked great. Can't wait to decorate it for Christmas!
