Product was just as expected and beautiful on our covered porch. Assembly instructions excellent and the storage bag is high quality and great to take care of a fine product. Writing this review prompts me to look forward to next Christmas!
Long time customer
This is the second Christmas tree we've gotten from you over the years. They arrive quickly and are just beautiful! We will be life long customers.
We're sure the tree is wonderful, but delivery service was HORRIBLE.
We're sure the tree is wonderful, however the delivery service was HORRIBLE! The box weighs 157 pounds. It was left standing on my sidewalk in front of the step up to the door landing. I was home. No one alerted us. It was close to 100 degrees outside. I am 80 years old, my husband is 85. We could have used a little help. We did finally get it in the house, uprighted it and got everything out of the box. It took over an hour. We have had MANY pieces of furniture and other large items delivered to this house. No one has EVER just left an item outside and disappeared. If we had had some kind of notice, we would have called someone for help. But, we had been told that the tree has to be kept under 85% or it could be damaged, so we had to do it ourselves. It was horrible.

Communication regarding order
Communication regarding order, shipping, and delivery was excellent. The order arrived in less than a week from the date the order was placed. And as expected the quality of the of the tree was excellent.

We had a very easy ordering experience and delivery was very quick with no issues. We have not opened the box yet but we will in the next few days.
Canadian Blue Green Spruce
We purchased the Canadian Blue Green Spruce. The tree is very poor quality. The tree was very thin. Even after fluffing out the branches, it still looked bare. You can find similar trees for much cheaper. Balsam Hill was having a sale so the tree was 50% off, and even with the sale the tree quality still doesn't reflect the price in my opinion. The customer service is sub par. I'm glad we purchased this tree in July and figured all of this out before the Holiday season.

The tree I had ordered arrived quickly. I was so amazed when I opened the box. It looked a real pine tree. Beautiful! Thank you I can see how much care went into not only the making of this tree but the way it was packaged. My family and I will have many years of enjoyment using our beautiful Christmas tree.

what to do with broken tips??
we received 3 of the 4 boxes really quick. the last box arrived yesterday. i guess it took a wrong turn out of the parking lot at warehouse and came to us via texas. i was able to get one of my trees assembled so far. upon doing this 2 of my 4400 tips fell off! i hope this isnt a regular occurrence. is there a trick to putting these back on? i like the quality of the look but when the branch end falls off i wonder. other then that they were easy to put together and take back apart. i love the sturdy stand also and the fact it locks in place. i purchased them for our church and i look forward to putting them up for all to see the day after thanksgiving.
