Delivery was delayed. I was not given a reason why.

Easy ordering and fast delivery.

The tree was easy to order and I received the tree in no time. Even though I won’t be putting the tree up until Christmas I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the tree arrived.

All the products arrived in just a few…

All the products arrived in just a few days. I am very happy with everything. I know your trees are expensive, but the quality and packing were outstanding. To receive not only a beautiful tree that looks so realistic but also a heavy-duty storage bag. Plus, a storage bag filled with soft gloves to fluff the tree, the tree stand, which is very sturdy, extra lights for the tree and more.

Shipment was prompt and the packaging…

Shipment was prompt and the packaging of the wreath was excellent--arrived intact. The 22" Marssille Meadow Wreath is lovely and we'll made--like the hanger on the back of the wreath. Quite pleased with the weather and the BH experience.

Ordering was so simple

Ordering was so simple. And delivery was very quick. I placed my order on 7/20 and received it on 7/22. The projected dates for deliver were 7/23-7/28. I was very pleased by this and will know for future orders the items will be delivered promptly. I have not opened the box yet and really do not plan to until Christmas is closer. If the merchandise is anything like the photos, I am certain I will be pleased.

Looks so much better in the picture

Looks so much better in the picture. Doesn't seem as full. I think it was way overpriced for what I got. Sorta unhappy with it.

Great selection of pre-lit trees

Your site had a good selection of pre-lit trees at terrific prices. I am looking forward to seeing my new Christmas tree.

Ordering was easy, shipping was really fast and I opened the tree and it was perfect. The color is so natural and the measurements were spot on. Very happy with the purchase - It was definitely worth the price.

6.5’ Balsam Hill Frazier Fir

I recently purchased the 6.5’ Balsam Hill Fraser Fir, and overall I’m very happy with it. The tree arrived much faster than I expected, was packaged well, and assembly couldn’t have been easier. The pre-lit lights are beautiful, plentiful, and give off a warm, cozy glow that makes the tree look elegant even before it’s decorated. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was hoping it would be a little fuller. I spent a good amount of time fluffing every branch, and while it definitely looked much better afterward, there are still a few areas where I wish there were more branches. In my experience, it’s not really possible to get it to look quite as full as the photos on the website. That said, it’s still a gorgeous tree and has a very realistic appearance. If you’re looking for a high-quality artificial tree that’s easy to set up, ships quickly, and has excellent lighting, I think you’ll be pleased. Just keep your expectations realistic regarding the fullness compared to the marketing photos.

First off

First off, your speedy delevery was excellent, right on time. However, the quality of the Blue Spruce 8'-0" is a great dissapointment. Compaired to the the 2 previous Balsam Blue Spruce trees I purchased from you, this tree is not the same quality - the tree tips on the previous trees are a high end plastic - while the tree tips on the new tree are similar to the inner "filler" greens. Is this tree a lesser quality just for the SALE? Very dissapointed. Dennis Schriffert I have read your reply. While I have been a loyal client with you, I cannot accept the lesser quality of this tree. Please accept my request to return this tree and refund my money. Dennis Schriffert
