I’ve ordered a few items from Balsam Hill and even though I might have had a problem with one of the orders they always took care in a quick and timely manner. Quality of product has always been great so I keep finding items for each Christmas holiday to add to my collection.
I decided it was time to replace my old BH Fraser Fir tree that was 11 years old. Bought my new BH Fraser Fir tree the same time of year as the first.....Christmas in July sale. I Have to say that the tips on my new tree feel softer than my original. Also opted for the LED lights which hopefully will have a longer life span than the incandescent. Tree arrived in 2 days, took it out of the box and it looks like it's going to be beautiful come December when I fluff and decorate it. My only issue is that the inside branches have a silver tinsel like needle along with the green artificial needle. Not sure if that is a cost saving measure for the company, but I think once I decorate, it may not be visible. I will update come November when I actually get my tree up.

I absolutely LOVE my Balsam Hill Christmas Trees. I have 2 of them. One is a 6 1/2 foot dedicated to Disney World and the other is a 7 1/2 foot dedicated to all 50 States of the United States. They are Balsam Fir, look real, the branches are sturdy for all ornaments, easy to put up and take down. Just love them!!!
It took awhile to figure out what the best fit was for the space we have. Having dimensions and pictures of the various trees was a great help.

The tree looks very nice and the lights work. But the box was destroyed, open, and the tree exposed. I hope that it hasn’t affected the durability of the life expectancy of the tree.

This is our second Balsam Hill tree. We love the ease of putting it up, the ease of connecting the lights, and how life-like the tree looks.
When I became aware that my wreath was out for delivery, began to wonder about the garland I had also ordered prior to my ordering the wreath. Contacted customer service by email and received response in a very timely manner. The contact information noted at the bottom of my order made it very easy to move forward with my concern. Would be great if other vendors could do the same instead of noting a customer service number.
