Love the trees
We’ve bought one before but much larger. Have downsized out home so decided to do a smaller tree. Love your product!

The two country farm firs arrived…
The two country farm firs arrived quickly and professionally packaged. I have opened one so far snd very pleased. Very easy to set up for a 77 year old. Very attractive and just the right amount of lights evenly distributed. Total height from base to top is about 42 inches. Perfect for a side table. Love my little tree, and recommend! Thanks Balsam Hill ❤️
The 12 foot BH tree I ordered arrived…
The 12 foot BH tree I ordered arrived within a few days. The tree arrived in two boxes. Because it is July, I have not unboxed it yet but I was very impressed with how quickly the tree arrived!
Love the garland without lights
Love the garland without lights. Like to put more more lights on garland than what is provided
Good Service
Excellent tree
The tree arrived on time as scheduled. The instructions were clear. The packaging was outstanding allowing me to assemble and light it easily and the disassemble and store. The storage bags and extra back up parts were a plus. The tree will be a visual delight for the holiday. And it is light enough for me to carry when stored!
Lack of attention to shipping practices…
While the order was received in timely fashion the bottom of the shipping carton was not taped shut.

Free and fast delivery via FedEx
Free and fast delivery via FedEx. The tree was well packaged and in perfect condition despite a large jagged tear in the box. The storage bags are of very good quality and easy to manipulate. We were able to set the tree up without too much trouble (it will be easier next time) but we could have used more detailed instructions for our first try. Getting it in and out of the bags is easy and the rolling base is fabulous. Storage is much less of a problem than I anticipated, we tucked it into one end a standard closet. The tree is beautiful and we can't wait for the holidays.
