Free and fast delivery via FedEx. The tree was well packaged and in perfect condition despite a large jagged tear in the box. The storage bags are of very good quality and easy to manipulate. We were able to set the tree up without too much trouble (it will be easier next time) but we could have used more detailed instructions for our first try. Getting it in and out of the bags is easy and the rolling base is fabulous. Storage is much less of a problem than I anticipated, we tucked it into one end a standard closet. The tree is beautiful and we can't wait for the holidays.
