I ordered on June 2 when my order was confirmed. I never heard anything again until I contacted them. They replied the product was out of stock and just restocked and my order would be shipped asap. A week later I checked my order status a it said partially shipped. Within a week I had received the entire shipment in two deliveries. It would have been nice if the company would have communicated with me about my order. I have done business in the past with them and they were extremely efficient. I will continue to do business with them and hope they will simply communicate with their customers.

I received my order considerably later than was originally stated. I called the company to find out why and was told that it would be shipped right away. I received notice the next day that it was on it's way. I appreciated their prompt response to the matter.

There service is good I did experience a week wait for my supplements but after my first order I knew what to expect so no problem here and some packages do get sent through mail but bottom line there prices are affordable there trust worthy and they have always answered my emails and my favorite is that they do there research on their supplements on YouTube....
