I too had ordered an airdopes from boat but I did not get the product and suddenly I got a message that the earbud has been successfully delivered. After talking to the customer care, I came to know that they cannot help in this. It is a very bad experience. I request all of you to never buy any product from the official website of boat. Do not buy any product of boat. This is the worst company.

My earbuds were picked up for warranty replacement a long time ago, yet I still have not received any replacement or a proper update. The delay is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to keep waiting endlessly after their product has been collected. I trusted this brand, but this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in your products and services. I want an immediate update and a resolution without any further excuses."

I purchased a watch from boat and first charging it is not working. While I need the replacement but they are saying it is not in the period. Very bad quality and very poor customer support. Worst experience in my life. 😰

I have been using Boat earphones for a few days. The sound quality is clear enough for regular usage, and battery backup is satisfactory. Pairing with devices is also simple. On the downside, the build quality feels average, especially around the wire and charging area. Still, considering the price, the product performs fairly well.

I bought boat wired earphones in offline store on 5th April 2026, which was confirmed that original product in boat official website but original product quality was very poor in buy five days after right earbud housing is broken and separated, exposing the internal wiring and driver components and same with left earbuds within one week and after one month internal circuit board is now fully exposed, making the control buttons and microphone completely unusable. The earphones have not been dropped, crushed, or pulled forcefully. This appears to be a manufacturing or material defect. I contact boat service centre also they told me don't cover in warranty. Very horrible experience with boat very low quality don't buy guys

Don't Buy Product from Boat , It is totally doing fraud with warranty claim, IF you request warranty claim they will broke your product and send back to you consumer complain is not going to help you , no human caller to listen your grevances, Time will waste during sending parcel to the boat servicecenter Navimumbai ( Imagine Pvt Ltd ) will suck your brain by the time of warranty claim , they will not assist on your mail generally your mail will not be delivered to boat, boat replies through No- Reply mail boat. your product will be destroyed and broke by boat, They will tell genuine Product is fake , after broking or damaging our product they will dispatch back to you. you will get traumatised for atleat a month . Aman Gupta is biggest waranty claim fraud and doing criminal act of vandalising your product.

1 am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the product and service I have received. I recently purchased a pair of boAt Airdopes from a store(IMAGE KONDOTTY), expecting a brand-new, high-quality product. However, what I received was completely unacceptable.I was just forgot to unbox at the store, because i thought it was new product.When I reached home i was unboxed it then i saw damages. The box itself was already scratched and clearly looked like it had been used before. This is not what any customer expects when paying for a new product. On top of that, the product has serious functional issues — the microphone does not work properly at times, and the audio frequently cuts off during use. This makes the Airdopes unreliable and practically unusable. I approached the store immediately after noticing these issues, but they refused to replace the product, giving an unreasonable excuse about scratches. This is absolutely unfair and unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be forced to suffer because of either a defective product or poor handling by the seller.And also i can't get warranty before 14 days of use. I trusted boAt as a reputed brand, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I demand immediate action from your side - either a full replacement of the product or a complete refund. My experience with boAt has been an absolute scam. In December 2025, I sent my genuine boAt Rockerz 150 Pro neckband for warranty repair, which was physically verified and picked up by a BlueDart agent at my doorstep. However, boAt later claimed they received a pack of 3 innerwear (bras) instead of the neckband and rejected my claim, labeling it a "duplicate product." Essentially, my ₹1,500 neckband was either lost or stolen within their logistics chain, and they simply returned the wrong items to dodge accountability. Despite months of emails, their support team refuses to conduct a proper investigation and continues to hide behind "policy" to avoid responsibility. This is blatant fraud and a total failure of after-sales service.
