The part I ordered was a perfect fit. This was the fastest order I've ever made I was very impressed with the fastest delivery ever. The package was very well packed and sealed up and in excellent condition when arrived. Very happy with the service and speedy delivery. I am 50 years old and must say, ordering from Boats.net was AMAZING! I used chatgpt to help me find parts and I ordered the (suggested) wrong ones. Used the messaging service, explained that the part I ordered may have been the wrong one. I sent a picture of what I needed and it immediately found the part, swapped the wrong part and added more parts I needed along with it in 1 order! Even started a refund for the price difference. I WILL be ordering more in the future! Whatever yall are doing...KEEP DOING IT!

Too big to care about real values
A company that selects their desired shipper, makes the company responsible for the parts ordered by a customer, from initial order to delivery. When the shipper screws up and loses the package, it is a reflection of the company who fulfilled the order, and as so, that company should go above and beyond to make the order right. This has been an Amercian way for years. Nowadays, companies don't care, and it seems boats.net is right there with the no moral value as most companies of today. Lost order during shipping, costing customer thousands per day without a running commercial boat. Boats.net does not care, or respect the loss inflicted on their customer. It is sad that businesses have become so "successful" that they don't stress over losing customers.
Lower Unit for Yamaha F150 Purchased
Ordered a lower unit from them which was over $3500 after taxes. Ordered it with sales rep on phone to make sure I received the correct one. I was assured for that price it was complete and ready to bolt on and use. Took about 8 days to receive. When I had finally had my mobil mechanic install it, he said not to use it until I get the screens that this unit didn't come with for over $3500! Now I can't use the boat until I purchase these screens that I believe should have came with a ready to go lower unit. I asked customer service and of course they sent me info on their order information for these screens so I could order it through them after just spending $3500 for a ready to go lower unit!!!😆 Ill be sure to get the screens from ebay at this point and NOT use this company again.... This review is regarding Order number BT00215090, placed on 6/23/2026. I spoke with Jared in their order department. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs I need to make on the lower unit of my Mecury outboard motor. He made sure I ordered all the right seals and parts to complete the entire repair. He wasn't just an order taker, he knew what I needed, looked up all the part numbers and made a very comprehensive list of parts for me.
