I called to Bolt Insurance, to complete the auto quote
I called for auto insurance with rental insurance. and I spoke with Andrew, he was very professional, he explained the auto quote to me and made some changes and explained everything that I had questions about and saved me time and money. He took his time and everything went about smoothly the experience was really nice to speak with someone who cares about the customer. He has very good customer service skills and that is important.
poor service
Once policy acquired, incorrect contact info provided for further assistant to said policy. Process was easy enough, agent was friendly and helpful initially. But if you need any assistance with changes to information on policy, good luck. Ignored email, customer service with multiple phone reps, lots of wasted time with no updates to change requested. Update: changes not made correctly as requested. Currently feeling abandoned by the agent as I've been working with random customer service reps from both bolt and the insurance carrier and I am expecting to have to spend another hour trying to correct this tomorrow.

I was assigned an awesome agent. He was thorough in his explanations and though I didn't currently take out insurance with him, I would definitely do business with him if the opportunity arises. BOLT is a great company with great service.
