The customer service I got from Molly was great however the information was not transcribed correctly and I have had to call back several times to not get my issues resolved. 6/15/26 was when I called back to get the policy corrected
Mr. Fortune Took Extra Time For Me
I was looking to have insurance ran on my house and cars to see if I could save money vs. My current policy. Agent Nick Fortune was very helpful in not only running the numbers very quickly, but explaining the differences in what the new policy would cover compared to my current one. I appreciate the extra time he took to help me out in comparison since insurance is not my forte. Thank you Mr. Fortune, I will be in touch after talking with the boss (aka my wife). Super professional, super nice, great attitude and great people person. A+ recommend working with Nick.

Katie Evens was excellent in assisting me. Patient with me and ran through the numbers several times throughout our phone call. He worked with me to find the best deal possible for what I was looking for. The process very easy and exceptional. I would definitely recommend her to future clients.
