We have stood "the test of time" because we provide tags the text does not wear off of. 💡 A Pet ID Tag your contact information quickly wears off of is not only a waste of money— it could end up costing you your pet... CollarTags™In 1998 I invented CollarTags™. If you read through the reviews, you will discover many pet owners are zealots for this Pet Identification Method. Why? Because a CollarTag™ will always be there with contact information the finder of you lost pet can read. We guarantee our CollarTags to last the life of the pet they are purchased for, and they do.We also offer CollarTags in combination with collars.E-Z Plastic ID TagsOur E-Z Read Plastic Tags are excellent! They can be engraved front and back and don't make any noise. When people order one of our tags off a point of purchase displays, where they can see our plastictags next to traditional stainless steel hanging tags, they chose our plastic tags over stainless 3 to 1. Youcan find many reviews placed by customers who use and swear by our plastic tags. What dothey say? "The plastic ones last forever." "The double-sided plastic tags are ideal - lots of space, plusunlike metal tags, they don't wear down from contact with other tags."

Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the pet identification tags are exceptionally durable, clear to read, and safely designed so they do not dangle or get caught on collars during daily activities. Many people warmly appreciate the straightforward online ordering process, fair prices, helpful staff support, and prompt shipping times that consistently meet expectations over the years. However, some people mentioned that shipping occasionally took a little longer than expected or faced postal delivery delays. A few consumers also pointed out minor inconveniences such as limited tracking updates during transport or unexpected extra postal handling charges.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I accidentally ordered the wrong size tag, on the website I thought I had selected small. After submitting my order is when I realized I had ordered medium instead of small. I immediately contacted customer service and requested the change on my order. I had a response by the next day telling me that my order had bee corrected. I received my correct tag along with a second tag.
10 years and more of using Boomerang Adjustable Collar Tags. well crafted. last the lifetime of the dog. fits well on the collar. no problems with snagging or getting caught
Have used these for years- they never come off, don't made that obnoxious clinking sound, are big enough that all pertinent information can be listed, and never wear off/out
This is the only place I will buy pet ID tags because they are strong and well made, they ship quickly, and they have great customer service. The tags are deeply engraved, unlike the cheap ones you can get lasered at Petsmart or Petco. The quality and durability of these tags is unmatched, plus I love supporting a small independent business!
Durable, quick delivery and the tags last a long time.....longer than the life of the dog. Been ordering from them forever! With every new dog i adopted!! Excellent service!!
I absolutely love these dog tags. Unlike the typical metal tags, the info on the Boomerang tags never wears off. These tags last the animals lifetime.
Excellent materials and quick service. Have used for years. Highly recommend.
I have been ordering Boomerang Tags for 5+ years for 7 SSD dogs in my care. Even with the most exuberant pup play & swim, the tags engraving remains clear! Will definitely order again for next puppy with a purpose!
Ordered and dispatched / received in merely a few days. have been buying the collar tags and a hanging tag for all of my dogs, over 30+ years - the quality is unmatched anywhere else. it's the first thing to purchase when a new dog enters my life - a lifetime tag.
I’ve bought all our dog tags from Boomerang for maybe 20 years. They do a great job.
Quality of product. Have used these tags for many pets over the years. They are accurate and last for years without signs of wear. Service is efficient and timely. Have recommended these tags to many pet owners.
Easy to understand, complete and detailed measurements, quick shipment, excellent product exactly like it looked on the website.
Absolutely the best pet ID tag out there. I have purchased one for each of my pets. The engraving on the surgical steel never dulls or becomes unreadable. This is the only pet ID tag I trust to last!
Boomerang Tags are the best pet ID tags you’ll ever find. Great quality and fast delivery.
The tags need a slot or a way to slip onto a collar with ends that cannot be removed.
We have the style you need for an adjustable length collar, but you ordered the slide-on style. If you go back to the page you ordered on you will see a picture of the closed ended style and on the page we call out the fact the style cannot be installed on an adjustable length collar and offer a link to the correct page to order the adjustable style on. We do all we can to prevent customers from ordering the wrong style CollarTag™ for the kind of collar their pet wears.
We have been ordering from Boomerang Pet Tags for probably 20 years. Between new pets and new houses, we have ordered quite a few tags. Each time, the order g experience is straightforward and efficient, the tags are high quality and well made, and we get them quickly. Couldn’t ask for more!
This is our third order with Boomerang. We found this company almost 15 years ago when we were on a search for an indestructible ID tag for our new puppy. This lived up to every expectation! With each new puppy, my business always goes back to Boomerang. I love that I have enough room to put all pertinent info, and I love the selection of colors and shapes. Buy from Boomerang! You will not be disappointed!
All of my dogs have worn one of these tags. I love them because they are high quality (they last for the dog's entire life), and for any kind of sport event where the dog can wear a collar but not with dangling tags, these tags are perfect. Just bought my latest tag for my 11-week-old puppy (it'll be a while before he can wear the collar that the tag is on!).
I have used this company multiple times and have had no issues products and services. Things always arrive in a timely manner.
Great product! I’ve been ordering from your company for at least 15 years
