I have ordered from them for many years and have never had an issue, discrepancy, or a problem. Quick, reliable, and have a nice selection, and checks are very nice. This is the only place I go for my checks and will continue to do so! Great, Love them

over charge on checkout: was supposed to get free shipping not special handling fee 8.85 and servce and handling 11 dollars plus no free 4th bundle .Also the checkout took forever - tried four times before it ultimately took the ccv code finally Got ad in the mail with a code which i entered. Too expensive - time consuming a process - never again!!!!

The ordering process is super simple and the choices of design are quite extensive. Turnaround time on the order is nice and quick and the new checks arrived in 1st class shape and perfectly printed.
Easy to order online, good quality, a lot of designs to choose from, reasonable prices and it does not take long to get them.
Went online, & wasn't finding what I needed. I called into the company & the young man helped me. I appreciated his help. I'll be back on to order checks for another account soon.
It was easygoing and I was finished quick. Price was great. The only thing there was to many free offers with exceptions. But other than that I was satisfied and will remember to reorder when the next time comes.
I like the design very much & everything appeared correct. At this point the only problem I have is that I ran totally out while awaiting their arrival & they made it days too late to keep payments from being late since the postal service has declined at least in my area & that is why you lost the fourth star, not necessarily your fault, not mine, but that was a disappointment.

Shipping is not free as advertised unless you sign up for a one-month free trial. I clicked on Standard Shipping and expected my total cost would be my $14.85 order. However, when I went to pay, you added $13.80 for “Service and Handling,” which nearly doubled the cost of my order. This is deceptive advertising. Service and Handling is obviously part of the shipping. You need to be upfront about this charge, not pop it up at final payment.

I had order checks and did not receive them even though I was refunded my money and I canceled the account. I have no idea where the checks went and your company was unable to find out so my issue is if someone gets their hands on them and write checks on my account that harms me and my credit. I had received an email saying they would arrive on the 7/23/26 and to this date I have gotten them. I pray that nothing happens because there is no way of knowing what happened or unable to track them.I will never order anything from your company, you have put me in a bad position.

My shopping experience with Bradford exchange checks has always been great. The only thing I’m a little disappointed about was I went to order my original zip wolf wallet and they took the zippered wallet away that I used to order that I needed to order they didn’t have it in stock or don’t sell it anymore. Not sure which in hopes they bring it back. It was $24.99. but I do trust Bradford exchange checks for placing secure orders. They do sell really nice products.
It took me a couple time to get how to enter the code but I finally started over and went to the email with the code I needed and was able to add it to my order. After that, it was a very easy online order! Price for checks were great but the shipping brought the amount up so I went with the free shipping.
Easy ordering. I have ordered checks from you before. Wide selection of checks. The pricing is good for all the services you get. The delivery of the checks are also protected. I have all the security I need for my checks in one place. A Great peace of mind for me.
Being able to do it online. But it was confusing from the reminder something was in my cart to actually completing the order. But once I entered check id's again, it finally went through. It was a bit confusing at first. Shipping prices high.
