Ordered checks July 2nd, two weeks in; received two text messages requiring immediate attention. I’m not a teenager I don’t check messages daily. This should have been an immediate call the same day the order was placed. My check number had an extra digit, not two weeks in with two emails!
The Error was corrected on the 20th. Checks were shipped on the 22nd. July 31st still no checks! Although, I loved the checkbook cover. You’ve lost a repeat customer. Terrible experience. If you need checks you had better order A MONTH in advance.
A compensation of some degree should be automatic. An apology is inadequate!

It took over 2 hrs to get a customer service rep. Your call back option does not work either. I placed an order a month ago still have not received it. Spoke to verification which sent me back and forth between the bank and verification. Also to cancel my order took an hour between being told no I couldn't that it was being printed which was a lie. It if was it would contain the wrong information. Its just been a nightmare dealing with your company.

extremely annoying and shameful for the company to try to sell an extra product or service at every page turn, although offering is OK is not even close to what they claim it is.
Disappointing, free shipping takes 20+ days, ouch!
Wait you can pay about $6 and get it 3 days sooner WOW!!

The online ordering process was a little confusing. Prices kept changing. I resented the multiple offers to enhance security and the offers once my order was complete. I requested that the personal information on my checks be enlarged enough to be legible. My last order wasn’t, and I had to hand write my name.

The checks were accurate and Bradford has an excellent choice of designs, and they were delivered in an acceptable amount of time. However: I am very annoyed that you charge an existing, supposedly returning customer, who is just reordering the same checks as before (and you have all the information on hand) more than a new customer. It doesn't make sense.
Good selection for Native designs & straight forward order process. Re-ordered but had new address so didn't use fast reorder. Discounts for old customer still were applied and system recognized from acct info.
I took off one star because the data entry field for entering the email address was too short but i used another email address. It needs another 10-15 character spaces - w/ scrolling it would fit in the same frame.
