The staff is very unprofessional
The staff is very unprofessional. I called customer service and held on for over a hour. The woman that answered the phone was rude and would not correct the mistake they caused.

I received my checks much faster than through my bank. I was surprised how much money was added on just for shipping and handling. $12 for the checks and my total was $30. Seemed a bit too much.
