Forced insurance.
I didn't click anything about insurance but insurance was added to final total. Cost of said insurance was 50% booking cost. I immediately contacted them saying I do not want need or chose any insurance and they say it's in refundable. Literally book with any other company this is a joke.

The process to purchase was simple.
The process to purchase was easy. The airline's record locator was hard to reach. The seats purchased with the transaction were not assigned immediately.

Booking process was straight forward
Booking process was straight forward. Prices were good. Everything was straightforward except when it came to checking in online with the airline. The budget air site had a link that did not work. I later found out you had to go directly to the airlines website - this info should have been provided to avoid confusion.

Easy Booking - Lots of extra charges
The booking process was fairly easy once all of your information was in place.The only downside was all of the add ons kept increasing the price. But still worth while as it was about $300 less than booking directly with the airline.
