Returning items is difficult
There is no way to call this company. Make sure you want what you’re buying, because their return policy is extremely one-sided. If it’s a sale item, discontinued and several other things I can’t remember now, they won’t take the cue back. And, they won’t even send a customer-paid mailing label if you’re lucky enough to have a returnable item. I found way better, more customer friendly terms after I’d already gotten involved with these guys. Good luck!

Thank you for your feedback. For the sake of future customers, we’d like to provide some context. This buyer ordered two economy cues, both already discounted 10% below MSRP, and applied an additional 10% off coupon—receiving a combined 20% discount. He paid only $5 for shipping, which was well below our actual cost, and we fulfilled and shipped the order promptly. From the beginning, it appears the buyer may have intended to test both cues and keep only one. After we assisted with weight customization on the cue he preferred—providing bolts at our actual cost—he asked us to cover return shipping for the one he no longer wanted. There were no defects reported. This was simply buyer’s remorse. Our return policy, which is clearly stated, expects customers to cover return shipping unless there’s an error or defect. That’s standard practice in retail. Most sellers would not ship out multiple products for a customer to test, then eat the return costs when only one is kept. We were responsive, fair, and helpful throughout. To call our approach “one-sided” ignores the effort we made and the reality of running a small business with clear, reasonable policies.

Sent an email prior to placing my last order, to check if it was possible to use a different courier than usual, because the shippingcosts to Norway were high. Julia replied almost instantly and was very, very helpful. We had a nice conversation and she sent my order to a mutual friend of ours in the US. On my order she also put in lots of extras that i'm most grateful for. Customerservice second to none. Great prices and knowledge on different brands that is unique to the business. My go-to store for any kind of billiards related stuff. Thank you

BudgetCues as a company is a level of incredible umatched by others
Let me start by saying the level of service I got from the BudgetCues team was absolutely incredible and I will definitely be doing future business with them. This is a bit of a story, but I ordered a new Meucci Casino-7 in spades with an uncoated wrap. Unfortunately when it arrived it was the wrong model. I contacted BudgetCues and worked with Julia. She and her whole team made everything right without missing a beat. I was able to get the original cue out the door the same day she and the team contacted me. At the same time they already had my replacement cue over to Meucci to finish the custom job. After that it showed up 3 days later. I am so thankful and impressed with the level of service I received. I will NOT hesitate to do further business or to recommend BudgetCues to others. The cue itself is amazing. I own multiple cues from multiple brands. The way this plays is amazing. It has such a soft feel with such a high level of control. It is also one of the most beautiful cues I now own. I ordered my meucci cue. It costs over 900$...lol. I saved up for a couple months and sold a couple of my good old cues. And bought this cue. I had them inlay my name . And it looks awesome. I have just recently spent $1300 on their website and they have took the money out of my account and I still have not got a order number or a tracking number and I got overnight shipping and I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for the past two days can anybody help me with a contact number instead of an email or a certificate to send in to them because they are not replying back

Our system automatically sends buyers an order confirmation when an order is received. He states the order initially denied, but then put an authorization on his card. He also sent a message to us on Sunday that evidently was still in his phone. He evidently forgot to push send. No order was ever submitted received , nor funds were ever collected from this reviewer. I would assume that just as he did with messaging us, he did not complete all the prompts to place the order, than the next day when he tried to submit...it declined. In addition, the reviewer did not use our contact form located on our Contact US page. Gmail flagged his email message as suspicious. This complaint should be with his bank or Shop Pay credit card/web servicer. In addition, I provided a copy of a Shop Pay rep online chat with the reviewer and pasted the chat which confirmed we never received any funds. Reviewer emailed us and said he could not figure out how to remove this review.

Absolutly everything I asked for I received and at first I was super nervous it was a lot of money. When I got my be-1 style meucci and I looked at it for the first time I was blown away at the level of craftmanship. Very very clean cut and balanced perfect , the sanding of the stick was by far the best part such a perfectly sanded 5 coats of uv poly . Then I shot with it absolutly has increased my accuracy quite a bit , it feels very solid to hit with I hit the cue ball just a tiny bit and a get way more accurately placed power just a tiny bit of hit produces a rocket ship for me I'm so blown away absolulty in love with my meucci. Now my brother bought a lucasi hybrid custom for twice as much its shoots great but the level of craftmanship out into the cue is no where near mine. Sincerely salvatore viele

Great company to order from. I made an error on my order and the customer service immediately responded to help resolve MY error. They even refunded the price difference between my options.
