Everybody helped in getting the order correct now the only trouble I’m having is getting R & L carriers to deliver my 2 pallets
I will not be using them on my next order
They’ve had the pallets since Wednesday July 1st it is now July 6
Talked to Kelly on Thursday the 7 th and she assured me I would be the 2nd stop waited until 8 pm with a no show … called and talked to Nick who assured it would be the first stop Friday the 8 th no show
It’s now Monday and I’ve not received a call from r&l yet today I’m figuring they’ve damaged something like they’ve done in previous shipments and trying to figure it out Very poor way of doing business

I have been a customer of Burch Bottle since the Fall of 2019 and will continue to use them as my preferred bottle vendor. I used to take the long drive south to pick up and have been so thankful since the new warehouse was opened less than 10 minutes from me in Queensbury, NY. Always an excellent experience with Guest service.

Kimberly to me has been one of the MAIN reasons I continue to do return business she has never not gone to do what she needs to do to accommodate our needs. I have had the pleasure to meet a lot of her colleagues & support staff that also go out of their way to make sure we get what we need as soon as possible. And, the Quality of Customer care isn’t just isolated to the front end office staff. The warehouse staff carry on the same high level of Customer Care Service and ALWAYS MAKE SURE that the products we purchased is ABSOLUTELY SAFE & SECURE FOR any style of shipment we choose. I’m not sure if all of Burch Bottle Centers are as Caring and Customer focused as Queensbury, NY Burch Bottle is, but they certainly should.
