I needed yellow shrink wraps for my sauce bottles, but no one had them, or what I was looking for until I discovered Burch Bottle & Packaging. Not only did they have what I needed, they offered a quantity discount and free shipping after meeting a small minimum $ amount. Got my order within a few days of placing my order.
They had the exact product I needed, could answer questions I had regarding cap selection and turn around was fast. AND they emailed me after the order was delivered to make sure everything was ok and offered help with other products we need. Nice job!

You could pack the breakable items in a box that is cushioned on all sides. The box I received was cushioned on only one of the six sides. Five of the 100 containers were broken. Those five were all in one corner. Looking then at that corner of the box, one can see that the corner had been slightly crushed.

Customer service was amazing! I made an error on the quantity of caps & before it was shipped, they called to verify if it was correct or not! Not to mention very affordable, shipping was quick & the bottles exceeded my expectations! Would definitely order from Burch Bottles again!

Love Burch Bottle. I have been ordering from here for about 5 to 6 years. I think in all of the orders I’ve maybe had one broken bottle. Ceased statistics are pretty excellent if you ask me. I have ordered through other companies and would have a broken model with every single Order and customer service was terrible. Burch has been great. High-quality products closures are excellent. Fair pricing for shipping. And fairly quick to ship.
