Not the fastest way to get cash for an electronic item. BUT....definitely the best payout. Two weeks from the time I took the phone to the UPS store to confirmation check was sent. There was no reduction of the estimated payout after the item was inspected. And emailing to get a status update actually got me to a HUMAN!!!! Who went above and beyond putting my order at the front of the inspection line. Fantastic experience.

The process was easy to send off my electronics, so I appreciate that. However, after receiving confirmation that my electronics were received, I have still not received payment. They are strict about you sending the package within a time frame, but once they have it, they will take their time sending payment.

The service was amazing, they were very transparent about their process and once they checked the device they were prompt about payment.
Slow turnaround, similar price to competitors
They did pay what they stated they would but it took a long time for payout. They received on 6/24, I contacted them on 7/9 following up on payment, they responded advising they were behind, and then magically they paid out on 7/10. Having used a competitor in the past, I expected a faster (much faster) turnaround. Their offer was similar to others I checked with the same device.

Buy back electronic
I believe I have reviewed this company before, but my experience is worth repeating. I received a quote of approximately $400 for my phone and sent it in. After they received it, I was told they would only pay about $100 because there was still a balance owed on the device. This policy was not clearly explained before I mailed the phone, and the reduced offer made the entire process feel misleading. They were still willing to keep the phone, just at a fraction of the original quote. They also did not ask whether I planned to use the payment toward the remaining balance. Thankfully, I was able to get my phone returned. However, based on this experience, I will never use this company again and would not recommend it to others.

Hey Samantha, We were unable to initially identify your transaction from the information included in your first review. Because this second review was linked to a specific transaction, although it concerns the same trade-in, I was able to locate and review the details. I would like to provide some additional context. The amended offer was issued because the phone remained under an active T-Mobile finance agreement when it was received. A financed device cannot carry the same trade-in value as an otherwise identical device that has been fully paid off, regardless of whether the account is in good standing or whether the customer intends to use the proceeds toward the remaining balance. To qualify for the original quoted amount, the device must be free of financial obligations or contracts before it is shipped. This requirement is disclosed within each condition category during checkout and again when the carrier is selected. You were under no obligation to accept the amended offer. Once you declined it, your device was promptly returned at no cost, even though devices with active financial obligations would not ordinarily qualify for a complimentary return. I will also reach out to you directly with screenshots showing where this requirement appears during the quoting process. While I understand that the amended value was disappointing, it reflected the financed status of the device and was not an arbitrary attempt to reduce the offer after the device was received. Not Bad would Use Again!
Its like every other business that buys tech from you. I like that shipping was free and payment was fast enough (not as advertised though because to get the most you have to request a check). What I didn't like is the fact that my new in box item that is barely touched they demoted the value. The said it had scratches on it and that's not true. Its a shame but I saw it coming because all these business do that to get less money out of you. Update: They read my view and responded. With that said, I do appreciate that you ultimately corrected the issue and honored the original price. That willingness to make it right does matter, and it shows that you’re willing to stand behind your initial quote when a customer raises a concern. I hope that future inspections are handled with more accuracy and consistency. It would make the experience feel more transparent and fair from start to finish. Overall, I’m grateful that the situation was resolved properly, and I appreciate the effort to correct the mistake. I just wanted to share my full perspective in hopes that it helps improve the process moving forward. I look forward of doing businesses again! Great support team and they gave me exactly what I asked for.
Safe and easy way to get paid for your used electronics
I submitted four devices of varying age and condition - two were “flawless” and two were “good.” Once I turned in the shipping to UPS, I could track the status of each submission on the website. All four of my devices were accepted at the proposed rates, and I got paid through PayPal in less than 24 hours of evaluating. I think the pricing was fair, considering the ease of payment and the risk of scams when you try to sell electronics yourself.
Bait and switch....
Takes over a month for them to "review" of the device. Then the bait and switch starts. Do not use, the best you can hope for is the return of the device in a couple months, or 20 cents on the dollar. The response to this review will be skillful air.
