Poor customer service!!!
The package was lost in transit. After waiting six weeks, I contacted the company and "FedEx says it was delivered, were not responsible". They maintained this position until I filed a complaint with PayPal. They then decided to cooperate. It eventually worked out but it took almost three months

I am satisfy with the item but came with missing parts and have to reach out to the manufacturer to get the replacement pieces. It has been a month since the manufacturer said they will send out the parts. There's still hasn't been any updates to the shipment. I guess that's the price you pay when buying refurbished product.
