Decent product but zero instructions…

Decent product but zero instructions which lead to a LOT of trial and error at setup in a VERY hot exhibit hall. Is it really so difficult to provide basic instructions or assembly photos with the order? Apparently it is. Also noted that a sticky velcro was used to hold things in place but of course as soon as you pull on it to separate it tears the EPS foam it's attached to which isn't ideal for packaging longevity either.

I just wanted to make sure this is clear to everyone who is viewing this. This company was brilliant in terms of helping us get what we need for our event last month. Design and output was flawless. Delivery was advance. I would order from them again for all our company related events moving forward!

Outstanding Customer Service

We had a great experience working with Displays2go. We ordered 10 outdoor pop up banners, and the team was easy to work with from start to finish. We did have an issue with the banners, but their customer service was outstanding. They were responsive, accommodating, and worked quickly to resolve it. I never felt like they weren't willing to help. We also used their design services, and the art department did a fantastic job redesigning our banners. Overall, I would definitely recommend Displays2go and would happily work with them again.

This display has upped our game and fundraising.

The display is exactly what we needed. We especially like that the panels are the same size and can be turned into a triangular display when the event is outdoors and in windy conditions. Ordering was simple, quick, and affordable. Delivery was within two or three days. We purchased the 54" display; the board is entertaining. We are also considering purchasing a second 54"w Tabletop Hook & Loop Display Board or a 72"w Tabletop Hook & Loop Display Board. We appreciate the affordability. We're a nonprofit campus and young adult ministry on a tight budget. This display has truly upped our game and we're already seeing a boost in fundraising since we started using it at church and community events.

They Saved Our Exhibition Booth

Display2go is fantastic. I highly recommend them! We needed two custom retractable banners and a custom tablecloth printed for a major exhibition, and we were running out of time fast. I was honestly stressed because we were down to the wire and needed everything approved, produced, and shipped almost immediately. Customer service connected me directly with Michael (super nice guy!) from the Art Department, who helped approve the design on the spot so they could expedite the artwork approval process and move everything into production within about an hour. That level of responsiveness and care is incredibly rare. Everyone I worked with was diligent, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. They kept my hopes alive the entire time, and they really worked hard behind the scenes to make it happen. The quality was excellent too. The retractable banners looked polished and professional, the bases felt sturdy, and the carrying cases were of great quality. The custom tablecloth also came out beautifully and elevated the whole booth. Everything arrived on time, our exhibition was a success, and I honestly credit their team for helping us pull it off. It felt like they were holding our hands through the entire process in the best possible way. Top-notch customer service from start to finish, and I would absolutely use Display2go again. My experience with Displays2go happened after I found and ordered an easel for a project. My online search wouldn't have happened if I hadn't taken a photo and searched for it. Displays2go had the exact match and at the right price point!

The ease of locating items of entrance. They were placed according to the need of the customer. You may have not known the item by name but once you plugged it into the search bar the items you were looking for popped up.

Great Service and Product - We needed a display for our Louisiana Hall of Fame and this product was priced where we could afford it, shipped quickly, customer service was great in helping us fix a problem we created with the order and the product has been great since arrival! Couldn't be happier!

We opened the TV that took forever to…

We opened the TV that took forever to get under warrenty. We open it up and installed on the wall and the TV doesn't turn on. We used the new remote and it turns on the other 2 tv's we bought from you. Please advise.

We had a horrible experience

We had a horrible experience. Tracking kept saying our order was "pending" for about a week. Finally Displays2go realized our initial booth display was lost in the mail. We had to have a second order rushed shipped from China. When calling, there was a constant carrousel of customer service reps. Some customer service agents were helpful but others were not (lied and said products were from Massachusetts or generally didn't have a very helpful attitude.) Finally the second order shipped but then DHL had to hand off to USPS and package got further delayed. All said, we only have 1 of 2 packages received and are missing our window to ship to our trade show. Displays2go needs better shipping solutions. I wish I had gone with another company, so many of these backgrounds are all the same and there are plenty of vendors to choose from.
