We purchased a red carpet for our 50th Anniversary celebration conference and used it at the registration desk and the grand entrance into the ballroom celebration. We applied sticker tiles with our sponsor logos on the carpet, which last for the entire 5-day conference. 183 attendees walked on the carpet without any issues.

We ordered 10 of the 48" display cases. The Order was filled fast, and communication was good. When the order arrived via a third-party shipper, the cases were scattered throughout the inside of the truck, not properly strapped down. As we unloaded to inspect for shipping damage, the cases were so well crated and prepared for shipping by Display's 2 Go that we could find no damage to them. Very Happy with the quality of the display cases!!

The plastic buckle on the canister broke after only two shipments. I use this canister for our smaller regional shows, so it only ships packed with a banner or two and some literature. On the second return, the buckle broke on the lower strap. The one on the top strap seems fine. Metal buckles would be more durable on this product. UPDATE!!: When I initially ordered this product, I overlooked the notation on the product description that it is not intended for shipping; my fault for not noticing this. It is still a good item for transport, but could be more rugged with simple addition of metal closures.

I purchased the TSFM10BLN 10' x 10' Interlocking Foam Mat in Navy Blue for a recent conference. When I opened it, I noticed some oily spots, which was disappointing at first. However, I went ahead and used it at the event—and I’m so glad I did! The mat was incredibly comfortable on my feet, elegant in appearance, and very easy to transport. It truly elevated the look and feel of my booth space. I reached out to the company about the issue, and their customer service was outstanding—helpful, prompt, and understanding. They offered me a refund, but I loved the product so much that I asked for a replacement instead. They are already mailing it to me. Because of the quality of the product and the excellent service I received, I will definitely be ordering more for all my future events. Highly recommend!

Everything arrived well-packed. Very important when you are ordering acrylic display sign holders- cracked ones look bad, broken ones don't help. Shipping was quick, and reasonably priced. The acrylic sign holders are very good quality.

I purchased a sign display rated for outdoor use. I got a defective product that has leaked since the first day it was installed. I finally got fed up enough to report the issue and customer service was painfully slow in response. After sending a first round of photos, I was asked for more photos (the displayed flyers inside the case were so wet that they started to mold) then told I'd waited too long to report the issue and no accommodation would be granted. It was a waste of money to purchase and a waste of money to have installed and a waste of time to contact customer service. So I'm starting over. With a different vendor, of course. Lame. I also tried to post this review on the Displays2Go website but kept receiving an error message. Convenient.

telescoping knob split while doing a practice run (didn't even make it to the convention). Can't find replacement knobs on the site. (SKU: RRUBS33BN) No instructions for LBV3186BK1. While I figured it out, it's not easy. Was very excited about both of these items when I ordered them, but the reality has been disappointing.

One key piece arrived deformed, not from shipping damage but from a manufacturing error. They shipped it out after I emailed a request, but I really wish they would include one extra bolt for cases like this.

Updated review as the custom support team reached out to make things right. I'd only advise that yo know what you want before you purchase since returning items is both expensive and frustrating. If you know what product you want, then this could be a good place for you to order from. If not, you may need to consider the fact that shipping is expensive and non-refundable AND that you'll need to pay for you own shipping back if you need to return something.

I like the display racks that I purchased. Not only are they exactly what I needed and what I ordered, they are very sturdy. One of my racks was stolen before I received delivery and displays2go rushed out a new rack to replace my order at no additional charge. I 100% recommend Displays2go.

Have been attempting to order a banner stand from them. The first time they sent me a message that they were cancelling my order because of fraudulent activity on my credit card. I checked with my bank and there was none. Then I ordered it again with a different credit card and got the exact same email back. The problem obviously isn't with my credit card and now I've got a banner with nothing to hang it on and not enough time to order a stand from anywhere else before an important business trip.

Ordered the Display2go 72 X 40 Double Magnetic White Board off Amazon. Had the product for 1.5 years and 2 of the wheels have cracked and broken off. Customer service's response below. Absolutely ludicrous! Cheap product! We are a school system and don't have the money to replace another board at $350 plus! Hello , Thank you for your email.
