Ease of ordering, on time delivery, and most importantly product was as advertised.

We've bought 2 of these sandwich board…

We've bought 2 of these sandwich board signs from them. They are really cheaply made and the plastic lens that come with it doens't fit correctly. We try and replace the defective product they try to hit you a min or of 3 to replace the defective part. I will not likely do business with this company again. They don't stand by the product and try to milk every last penny out of you instead.

Delivery time was perfect and the pop banner looks great! However we thought we were purchasing a 10 foot wide by 10 foot high display and it appears that it is not which caused an issue with our graphics.

I ordered a ceiling TV mount and it does not work properly. It powers on but will not retract or go up and down. I would like instructions on how to receive a replacement or a refund. I have spent money to have an outlet installed, and for a painter come repaint the ceiling so, I would like a working ceiling mount to have my TV up. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

This place is a joke

This place is a joke. My item was supposed to ship yesterday and didn’t so I called this morning to ask why they said because it was being shipped to a freight forwarder. I have to send a wire transfer from the bank to pay for it even though they’ve already taken the money off of my credit card it doesn’t make any sense. They also said they emailed me and told me that which they didn’t do such a joke and a waste of my time so I guess they can keep their $600 order pathetic customer service

Everything was perfect!! I ordered a cardboard dump bin and it is so beautiful, the quality and the art are awesome! I am not good in art work and was at first worried to attend the requirements but the display2go team did a great job and it is exactly what I wanted, thank you so much !! Ordered case to hang cross in our GYM. Original came damaged and after an email, they replaced it overnight. Looks great. Highly recommend.

Completely unreliable - never again

Ordered on 2nd November 2022. 25 business days promised to ship out booth. There was some back and forth around art work - not an optimal process. We thought everything was sorted by November 16th. Then crickets - for SIX weeks. Have had to chase them multiple times. It is now January 12, and they have today told me we won't have it until around the 30th. Will never use them again. Strongly suggest if you have any kind of deadline you avoid.
