We ordered some samples a month ago and never received them, but we got asked twice to review on Trustpilot, ignored it the first time but if you really want me to rate then there it is.

Not what I was looking for. Also one of the samples came broken.
Wrong samples sent.
I ordered several samples and was very excited to see them in my space. I received them in good time, however, when I opened the box, there were 4 identical bland grey samples rather than the samples I requested. I have ordered again and I am hoping that the new order has the samples I requested.

I appreciate the quick shipping however I don’t feel like it was worth $30 to send four small samples. If the extra fee was due to the expedited shipping, I would’ve rather spent less money and had it take a few extra days. Maybe consider offering two shipping options. $30 just seems like too much money for this.

ordered 4 samples for $30. Two of the samples were exactly the same (altho labeled differently) and looked NOTHING LIKE the picture on the back. Very unhappy, and certainly unwilling to purchase anything from this company if they can't even bother with checking their samples are correct.
Helpful and kind.
It was a cold and snowy day with strong winds. I had trouble finding your showroom. The saleslady stayed on the cellphone line and waited outside to guide me to the showroom. She was very pleasant and cheerful throughout the whole ordeal and I ended up purchasing Caesarstone for my kitchen.

I received my samples very quickly and I picked one. They are coming to measure my counter top this week. Very impressed!
Do not buy the outdoor material
Do not buy the outdoor material! It started to warp within 2 months, we had it fixed but the installer 3 times. We hired a licensed contractor to install and come to find out they were not “licensed with Caesarstone” and now they not honoring the warranty! Do not waste your moment! It is expensive.
I ordered Caesarstone samples
I ordered Caesarstone samples. It was quick and easy. The samples arrived in a couple days and I was able to easily choose which ones I want for countertops in my new house. The samples are a good size and make it easy to choose. Way better than looking at aphoto online. I would recommend Caesarstone to anyone looking for countertops.

I had a horrible experience with Caesarstone Raven (dark gray). Developed multiple darker gray splotches that look terrible and will not come out. We have been very careful and I have no idea where these came from... certainly no chemicals or hot pans or spills that we let sit. Contacted CS customer service which offered no help at all... they bascially just blamed me for not caring properly for it. Never again. Strongly encourage everyone to look elsewhere.
