Capital Auto has been very thorough Mr communicative. The donation car has not moved in 4 years but the gentleman from Capital Auto was able to get the car moving and onto the tow truck with out issues. Would recommend to anyone.

My experience was good on the day of my donation but not before that day. When I had asked one of your representatives on the telephone when the tow truck would arrive on the day of my donation between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM, I was told I would receive a telephone call the night before to let me know. Despite waiting for at least four hours that evening, I never received that telephone call.

They responded the same day that I submitted my request. The pickup driver contacted me at the very beginning of the allotted timeframe and promptly picked up the vehicle. I received my confirmation letter within an hour after pickup.

I loved the quick response. I did not enjoy scheduling the pickup. I was told I would receive a call from the towing company on the evening of July 23rd to schedule pickup on July 24th from 6-7 am. The call never came. When I called on July 24th, the customer representative hung up on me initially. The second customer representative was able to get the towing company to call and informed us of the pickup window.
